The key to the profitability of a project is in most cases not obvious, different interrelated influencing factors have to be considered on different levels and in variable detail. A suitable conceptual approach ultimately decides on the feasibility and reasonableness, and ultimately on the success potential of a project. It is seldom possible to generate such ideas in individual heads; the influences are too diverse and comprehensive. Workshops in different constellations are ideal for this purpose. Structuring and moderating these workshops and consolidating the results requires extensive experience and foresight.
